CMW and Associates provided data collection and analysis for the M777/M777A1 lightweight Howitzer 155mm weapon. The project entailed data collection to determine reliability, availability, and maintainability, operating support costs, and failure trends for fielded equipment. CMW and Associates presented findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior management on a regular basis.
A project with USDA required 500,000 documents scanned and indexed each month. CMW and Associates examined the USDA digitization requirements and applied their digitization standardized process to estimate a reduction in the time originally requested to digitize. CMW and Associates provided the USDA digitization in excess of 25% faster than required and ensured the organizational framework provided the correct level of indexing.
National Guard (various states): Medical Support
General Services Administration: Project Management
When military personnel return and acclimate to civilian life, the National Guard provides holistic care that involves managing health records and assessing soldier readiness. CMW and Associates provided behavioral health services, records management, and administrative services in support of Unit Status Report, Mobilization and De-Mobilization support. CMW and Associates ensured protection of PII and assessed soldier readiness.
CMW and Associates performed quality acquisition, contract management and project management support services. The quality acquisition and project management support services included all aspects of Federal Acquisition in accordance with relevant regulations, public laws and statutes. This included pre-procurement planning through solicitation preparation, award, administration and closeout. Specialized support was provided in the areas of price analysis, technical evaluations, work statement preparation, and network transition activities.
Iowa National Guard: Training
Commercial Client, Schnuck's: Warehouse Management Support
CMW and Associates provided training on all 7 Medically Oriented Data System (MODS) modules to Iowa Army Medical Department Command (IA AMEDD CMD) Soldiers, IA AMEDD CMD full time staff and contracted personnel, and battalion and above human resources personnel statewide. CMW and Associates also developed and maintained the overall tracking system of educational needs, computer requirements, and monthly reports to OPS OIC.
Schnuck's has warehouse facilities, located throughout the metropolitan St. Louis area, that cover more than 500,000 square feet. CMW and Associates provides warehouse management support to Schnuck's warehouses in the St. Louis marketplace.
